The focus for ITV racing this Saturday is purely on Epsom as they hold arguably the most prestigious race on the planet, the Derby, which is the final of five races to be shown live.
The Group 3 Princess Elizabeth Stakes opens proceedings and is followed by another Group 3 in the Diomed Stakes. Next up are two competitive sprint handicaps in the Betfred 3YO Dash and the Aston Martin Dash.
Finally it is the big race itself, with the 2024 Derby scheduled for 4:30pm. Last year, Auguste Rodin triumphed for Aiden O’Brien after flopping in the 2000 Guineas four weeks previously. Can City Of Troy repeat that trick this year for the Irish trainer?
