Mr Vango for Sara Bradstock has won the Midlands Grand National at Uttoxeter and Sandown’s London National and is our pick to add another top staying handicap to his list of successes.
At Kempton, the Grade 2 Silviniaco Conti Chase is the classiest race on the card but the big betting heat will be the Lanzarote Hurdle, a handicap over 2m5f. Dan Skelton’s A Pai De Nom won over the same distance at Cheltenham in November and cold have enough to take the spoils in Surrey.
